Third-Party Tools & Service Providers

We use a small number of trusted third-party tools to operate our business. These tools may have access to limited personal information as necessary to perform their functions. They are not permitted to use your data for any purpose beyond supporting our services.

Booking & Scheduling Software (ZenMaid): We use ZenMaid as our scheduling and client management platform to manage appointments, client records, and service coordination. Your name, contact details, property address, access instructions, and service information are stored within ZenMaid’s system. ZenMaid is bound by its own privacy and data security policies, which can be reviewed at zenmaid.com.

Website Analytics: We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized, aggregated data about how visitors interact with our website — including pages visited, session duration, and traffic sources. This data does not identify you personally and is used solely to improve our website experience. Google’s data practices are governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.

Payment Processing: We accept payments via check, Zelle, and Venmo. These are peer-to-peer and direct payment methods. We do not collect, store, or process card numbers or bank account details directly. Zelle and Venmo transactions are governed by their respective privacy policies and terms of service. We strongly recommend reviewing those policies if you have questions about how those platforms handle your financial data.

We do not use advertising networks, sell data to marketers, or allow any third party to use your information for their own commercial purposes.

Sharing Your Information

  • Independent contractors: The contractor assigned to your appointment will receive only the minimum information necessary to perform your service — specifically your name, property address, and access instructions. All contractors are required as a condition of working with Seabreeze Homekeeping Co. to handle this information confidentially, use it solely for the purpose of completing your scheduled service, and not retain or share it beyond that use.
  • Trusted service providers: As described in Section 05 above — ZenMaid, Google Analytics, and payment platforms only.
  • Legal compliance: When required by law, court order, subpoena, or other valid legal process.
  • Business transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

Photo & Video Documentation

As part of our standard service process, Seabreeze Homekeeping Co. contractors may photograph your property for the following purposes:

  • Pre-service condition documentation: Photos taken before work begins to record any pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions — used solely to protect both the client and Seabreeze Homekeeping Co. in the event of a damage claim or dispute
  • Quality control: Post-service photos used internally to verify service standards
  • Damage reporting: Photos taken at the time of discovery of any accidental damage during service, as required by our Terms of Service
  • Marketing (limited): Anonymized images of completed cleaning work may be used on our website or social media — no images will identify your property address or personal information without your explicit written consent

Property documentation photos are stored securely within our client records and may be used in damage claim review, insurance matters, or dispute resolution. Clients who do not wish to have their property photographed for any purpose must notify us in writing before their appointment. This cross-references Sections 14 and 23 of our Terms of Service.
